Hellloooo again. My fee is $85 per hour as Freckles the Children's Clown. As a balloon artist, my fee is $50 per hour. My wife's fee as a Marshas Magical Faces is also $50 per hour. $50/hour. There is a $35 per hour add-on for areas more than 1/2 hour outside the Portland Metro area.
